Dance India Dance Li’l Masters is an Indian dance competition show aired on Zee TV whose third series started on 1 March 2014 and ended on 21 June 2014. The title has been awarded to Teriya Magar, an 11-year-old girl from Rudrapur, Rupandehi district, Nepal.
In the third season Geeta Kapoor and Ahmad Khan are the dance masters along with Sanam Johar, Raghav Crockroaz Juyal, DID 4 contestant- Swarali Karulkar, Rahul Shetty & Paul Marshal Cardoz as skippers. Though Raghav fondly known as Crockroaz has been replaced by Omkar. Jay Bhanushali will anchor the show and Mithun Chakraborty will also appear. The show’s title track is composed and produced by music duo Adil-Prashant who also created music for the previous seasons of Dance India Dance.
Dance India Dance (DID) Li’l Masters auditions were held across India in Ranchi, Raipur, Patna, Lucknow, Vadodara, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai from 15 December 2013 to 19 January 2014. One hundred contestants were chosen for the Mega Audition in Mumbai out of which the Top 16 participants were chosen as the final contestants of the show.
The opening episode of Dance India Dance (DID) Li’l Masters Season 3 aired on 1 March 2014 topped both weekday and weekend programming TRP Chart with 11.1 TVM. Magar was later named a “Lumbini child peace ambassador” for the prestige she brought from winning the competition.
